OUR VISION

Our vision is to become the church as Christ intended it to be.
Our intent is to be intentionally diverse, passionately committed to loving God, compassionately committed to serving others, and unashamedly obsessed with sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to know God and to make Him known.

OUR BELIEFS

The following are the elements of ABC’s doctrinal statement.

The Bible (Bibliography) · Inerrancy, Authority, Closed Cannon

The Godhead (Trinity) · One God, Three Persons – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit

God (Theology) · Study of God Proper, His Attributes

Jesus Christ (Christology) · Fully Human, Fully God

The Holy Spirit (Pneumatology) · Coequal, His Ministry

Man, Created and Fallen (Harmartiology) · Made in the image of God, Imputed Sin

Salvation(Soteriology) · Only Through Christ

OUR LEADERSHIP

WE ARE GUIDED BY OUR PASTORS.
Our staff team is led by the Senior Pastor who is our spiritual overseer. Exercising his authority, the Sr. Pastor puts the vision and mission of the church into action. His team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. They serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church.

WE ARE GOVERNED BY OUR COORDINATING TEAM.
Coordinating members are the ultimate governing body or the church. They develop, review, implement and execute policies essential to the ongoing viability of the church in addition to legal, financial, and/or administrative matters maintaining the highest standards of biblical principles, business ethics and fiduciary responsibilities.  In its final state, this team is the equivalent of an “Elder Board”.

WE ARE PROTECTED BY OUR TRUSTEE TEAM.
Trustee members oversee finance operations charged with receiving and distributing funds towards the goals and purposes of the church and set policy, rules and guidelines for all church financial obligations and monetary disbursements. They make provisions for the conservation and maintenance of the assets and property of the church and provide counsel regarding major financial commitments.

WE ARE STRENGTHENED BY OUR SPIRITUAL LEADERSHIP TEAM.
Spiritual Leadership members are responsible for the oversight of all ministries, the ministerial affairs and spiritual well-being of the church.  They act as the keepers of the church doctrine and care and comfort of the entire congregation. They work with the Sr. Pastor to ensure he is provided with all personal and professional resources necessary to accomplish the mission of the church.
