WELCOME TO FUSION YOUTH MINISTRY
Through small group interaction, Fusion Youth Ministry focuses on connecting youth to Christ through biblical training and relationship building. Youth mentors work one-on-one with students and encourage them to make God known by impacting their peers through their example of appropriate behavior and lifestyle.
This ministry serves:
• Middle School 7th – 8th grade •
• High School 9th – 12th grade •
• College age undergraduates •
*** COVID-19 UPDATE ***
Due to current restrictions put into place by the local and state government along with church policies, we have suspended all “in person” programs. We encourage all of our students to tune in online and stay spiritually connected through these new means of ministry.
VIRTUAL YOUTH SERVICE: Until further notice, virtual youth service will take place at 1:00 PM on Sundays via Zoom. Email email@example.com for the link.
Our Sunday Morning begins prior to the start of Corporate service. We gather in the large Youth area where we setup and students sign-in. At 10:30 students move into the Sanctuary for Corporate Praise and Worship with the Amity Body. Immediately following Praise and Worship the Youth return to our group meeting room. Here we discuss upcoming events, give recognition to achievements and birthdays, and students share moments and encounters with God. Following the announcements, we divide into grade-level groups and discuss the application of the 30 essentials of our faith.
The FUSION Youth team is always seeking out opportunities for our youth to engage the community thru service. Within the Amity family, we encourage our students to engage our community by becoming apart of the various ministry areas here at Amity. On 4th Sunday those who have found their calling, go and serve the Amity community.
Additionally, student engage the community by signing up to serve at the various locations throughout the city.
AWANA is an international evangelism and discipleship program for children age 3 through 12th grade. Youth Ministry leaders are engaged to provide support and instruction to 7th through 12th graders.
Strict adherence to Clubber-to-leader ratios ensures appropriate one-on-one fellowship, guidance, instruction, and individual attention for all Clubbers.
